Green juices are one of the best ways of getting large amounts of natural, clean energy and easily and naturally assimilated vitamins and minerals into your system.
Drinking green juice is also a great way to power-up with the light energy of the sun, which is the largest energy source in our solar system.
The power of the juice comes from the chlorophyll which is stored in the plant's green colour (I call this the Plant's Blood). Chlorophyll absorbs the energy of the sunlight, and when juiced that glowing, pure energy is liberated into the drink for you to enjoy too.
Chlorophyll also has a very similar structure to blood, and the blood is the foundation upon which the body is built and maintained. So, healthy, strong, clean blood means a healthy, strong, clean body.
By drinking green juice regulary you'll be taking good care of the foundation of your physical health which will in turn have a strong positive effect on your mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions as well i.e. well-being is promoted all round.

Green Juice Recipe
This is my prefered combination ingrediants for a green juice: Broccoli - 3-4 heads (1 handful approx.) Cucumber - 3-4 inches approx. Spinach - 1 handful Celery - 2 sticks Ginger - 1 inch (can be quite strong so adjust to taste) Himalayan Salt - 1 pinch This should yield between 150ml-300ml ml of concentrated juice. Some people like to drink it straight, but I personally prefer to dilute between 5-10 times with water up to between 600ml-750ml depending on how much water I need. You may wish to use less ingrediants so that the juice isn't quite so intense. Either way experiment until you find the recipe that suits you best. |
Extra Ingredients
Parsley's very rich in minerals (and is delicious too), so add some if you have any.
Green Pepper will add a creamier texture and will add more liquid to the concentrate.
Kale also has a lot of beneficial deep green.

Juice Routine
At least one juice a day will keep a steady inflow of quality energy and nutrients into your system. A juice first thing in the morning is a good time to drink because it'll neutralise any toxins released during the night. It'll also give you a uplifting boost of internal sunlight to help start the day.
It can be easy to fall out of a juice routine so I make a commitment to myself to have at least one a day (usually first thing in the morning).
Sometimes I up my juice quota and commit to say 2 or 3 a day for a week or a 10 day period
(I once went through a period of 3-a-day - first thing, lunch, and before bed - every day for 5 months. It took a bit of discipline, but my health, happiness and well-being went through the roof as a result).
