Raw cacao is a plant teacher that helps open the heart and facilitates connection with the higher and Divine aspects of the self. It also helps in letting go of old emotional pain and patterns of thought and behaviour that no longer serve the highest good.
A cacao ceremony involves the drinking of raw cacao in the form of a hot chocolate drink followed by 3 guided-meditation journeys to a selection of specially selected journeying music.
The meditation journeys each last approximately 1 hour and are designed to:
The ceremony begins with a sharing circle in which we speak our intentions for the gathering, and ends with a closing circle where we share any insights or revelations from our experiences during the ceremony.
The positive effects from the ceremony can usually be felt for a number of days after and typically include feelings of peace, calm, warmth, clarity and love...
